Southwest announces board of directors nominees

Southwest Airlines has nominated 14 candidates to stand for election at the upcoming annual shareholder meeting on May 15, 2024. Lisa Atherton has been nominated by the board to join as a new director, while current directors Ron Ricks and John Montford will not stand for re-election. If all nominees are elected, the board will reduce from its current 15 members to 14.
