Patrick O’Reilly, an experienced aviation finance lawyer, has been promoted to Partner at Clifford Chance. O’Reilly focuses on asset finance and has broad experience advising lenders, underwriters, operating lessors, manufacturers and export credit agencies in a wide variety of aircraft finance and related matters. He has expertise in the areas of secured and unsecured loans and notes issuances, private placements, finance leases, operating leases, leveraged leases, aircraft portfolio acquisitions and sales, securitizations, restructurings, PDP financings and export credit financings.
