Jeanette Mao promoted as the CEO at HK Express

HK Express recently appointed Jeanette Mao as the new CEO, succeeding Mandy Ng who is leaving HK Express to take over the position of director of service at the Cathay Pacific Group. Ng was the CEO of HK Express for almost four years. Prior to being promoted as the CEO, Mao was the general manager inflight services at the airline. She has been with the Cathay Group for over twenty years. In her new role, Mao will spearhead the airline’s growth strategy to expand its capacity and network, and lead the team in enhancing operational efficiencies and customer experience through
