IndiGo’s Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer Sanjay Kumar resigns

IndiGo’s Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer Sanjay Kumar has resigned from his position after almost three years of service. IndiGo’s Global Head of Sales, Vinay Malhotra will take over Kumar’s role, as per sources. This was Kumar’s second stint in the airline. IndiGo spokesperson confirmed Kumar’s resignation. Kumar’s first period in the airline was from January 2007 to July 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer. He then joined AirAsia India as Chief Operating Officer from November 2018 to December 2019, post which he re-joined IndiGo in January 2020.
