Security officers have gone on strike at London Heathrow Airport after the breakdown of “last minute talks” at conciliation service Acas. The 1,400 workers, who went on strike over pay in April 2023, had announced in the meantime that they would be downing tools again  from May 4-6, May 9-10 and May 25-27.
