easyJet announces new board member

David Robbie will join the easyJet board as a non-executive director and member of the audit, finance and remuneration committees on 17 November 2020. Robbie currently serves as a non-executive director of DS Smith and is chair of its audit committee and a member of its nomination and remuneration committees. He is also senior independent director and chair of the audit committee at Firstgroup. Robbie was finance director of Rexam from 2005 until its acquisition by Ball Corporation in 2016.
