Cirium signs up to global gender balance initiative

Cirium has signed up to the IATA (International Air Transport Association) 25by2025 global initiative, which aims to make the aviation industry more gender balanced by 2025.  The initiative plans to pave the way for fair recognition of female talent, and to provide more opportunities for women in the industry. Cirium has committed to reporting on key diversity metrics each year, as well as increasing the number of women in senior positions and under-represented areas by a minimum of 25% by 2025.  To date, Cirium is the only aviation analytics company signed up to the initiative.
