Michael B Baughan, president and chief operating officer of BE Aerospace, has resigned. He will be replaced on December 31 by Werner Lieberherr, who is currently senior vice president and general manager of the company’s commercial aircraft business. Baughan “will actively pursue other opportunities,” the company said in a statement.
