Allen & Overy appoints new partner in Moscow

Ilya Dvorkin, Head of Russian Aircraft Finance practice, has been named partner of the Moscow Banking department of Allen & Overy. Ilya joined Allen & Overy’s Moscow office in 2008. He spent 18 months in Allen & Overy’s London office as a member of the Structured and Asset Finance team, acting for major lessors and financial institutions on complex cross-border asset finance transactions.
