Air New Zealand appoints new CEO starting 2020

Air New Zealand’s board of directors has appointed the CEO of Walmart US, Greg Foran as its next chief executive officer of the airline, commencing in the first quarter of 2020. In his current role with Walmart, Foran is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company’s 4,600 stores and more than one million staff. Last year Walmart US served more than 160 million customers a week and had revenues of $307 billion.
