MTU Maintenance signs five year maintenance contract with SriLankan Airlines

MTU Maintenance, the independent provider of customised MRO solutions for aero engines, has signed a five year LEAP-1A MRO contract with SriLankan Airlines. Building on an existing contract also spanning V2500 engines and leasing support, Michael Schreyögg, chief program officer, MTU Aero Engines, noted the contract was “a testament to [MTU’s] long-term cooperation with SriLankan Airlines as they expand their fleet to include new generation engines”.
