Lufthansa Technik (LHT) Sofia, Bulgaria, has signed a multi-year agreement with Satair for Airbus Managed Inventory (AMI) services. The Airbus subsidiary Satair’s AMI solution optimises inventory management and ensures that Airbus high-usage and non-repairable proprietary parts are automatically replenished into a consignment stock at LHT Sofia’s warehouse which is part of a 50,000 square metre facility at Sofia Airport. However, over time, the scope of the agreement may be extended.
