Lufthansa Technik signs five-year contract with Frontier Airlines

Lufthansa Technik and Frontier Airlines have signed a five-year agreement under which Lufthansa Technik Puerto Rico will provide  base maintenance for the low-cost carrier’s A320 family aircraft. An additional agreement will also encompass digital aircraft diagnostic services through the maintenance provider’s AVIATAR platform. Approximately 300 aircraft maintenance events are scheduled for Frontier Airlines in Puerto Rico over the next five years, with two base maintenance lines now reserved at the facility to support this demand.
