AVIAN Inventory Management, a division of AVIAN Component Solutions, is to acquire two Embraer ERJ 170-100 LRs aircraft from global lessor Azorra. Describing the acquisition of commercial aircraft specifically for parting-out as “another milestone” for Avian, Ian Gurekian, founder and CEO of AVIAN component solutions, added the new partnership would enhance the company’s inventory offerings to its Embraer commercial and business fleet customers. The first-generation Embraer jets are currently being dismantled in Arizona and the certified inventory will shortly become available through AVIAN and its partners. AVIAN’s FAA-certified Florida distribution hub has received more than 1.7 million parts since opening
