Avia Prime signs deal for JAT Tehnika

Avia Prime, a sole owner of Adria Tehnika and LINETECH MRO’s, has signed a deal with the Serbian Government to acquire a 99% stake in JAT Tehnika.  After this transaction, the Avia Prime Group becomes one of the key players on the European MRO market, offering a comprehensive range of MRO services along with engine services.
