Jie Chen has been announced as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CDB Aviation, the Dublin-based, wholly-owned Irish subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing (CDB Leasing). Chen will take the helm in early January 2023, replacing Patrick Hannigan who will retire from the company after six years as chief executive.
