Russian aircraft-leasing company Ilyushin Finance (IFC) has signed a letter of intent with Bombardier to purchase three CS100 and seven CS300. IFC, which is partially owned by Russian-government-controlled United Aircraft Corp., has taken an option for another 10 CSeries planes, and has purchase rights for 10 additional CSeries planes.
