Dublin-based leasing company Genesis has acquired an A321-00 on lease to Wizz Air, the second aircraft it has on lease to the low-cost carrier. “Genesis is delighted to expand our partnership with Wizz through the acquisition of this additional A321-200 while also increasing our portfolio scale in Europe,” commented Genesis CEO Karl Griffin. The latest addition bolsters the lessors’ portfolio of 55 owned, managed and committed aircraft, serving 33 customers in 21 countries worldwide.
