The aircraft comes from GECAS’ existing order book with Airbus. Aigle Azur was founded in 1946 and is the second largest scheduled French airline, with more than 300 flights per week from many French airports to Algeria, Portugal, Russia, Mali and Tunisia. It operates a fleet of 12 Airbus aircraft to more than 25 international destinations.
