Aercap Ireland has terminated the bankruptcy lawsuit against Garuda Indonesia, following the singing of a global side letter agreement. AerCap agreed, among other things, to halt the legal proceedings with Garuda agreeing to relocate nine 737 800NGs to “an approved location”.
