It has been reported by Bloomberg that Avolon Aerospace Leasing, owned by Oak Hill Capital Partners, Cinven, and CVC Capital Partners, has appointed JPMorgan  and Morgan Stanley to work on a possible initial public offering (IPO) in the US or a sale. This information has not been verified by Avolon however in November last year Chief Executive Officer Domhnal Slattery commented publically that he would be working to sell the company in 2014.
