At the end of the first quarter of 2017, Air Lease Corporation’s (ALC) fleet was comprised of 243 owned aircraft and 31 managed aircraft. The lessor delivered 11 new aircraft during this period, including six Boeing 737-800s, two Boeing 777-300ERs, one Boeing 787-9 and two Airbus A320neos, all as scheduled. ALC also concluded the sale of the remaining five Embraer aircraft to Nordic Aviation Capital. On March 8, ALC closed the sale of $500 million 3.625% unsecured senior notes due 2027.
