Aero Capital Solutions (ACS), a mid-life aircraft leasing platform, states that it has experienced significant asset growth in 2021, despite the continued headwinds in the market stemming from the pandemic. By mid-year, ACS saw a significant uptick in engine leasing activity as airlines reactivated stored aircraft and sought cash-friendly “greentime” engine support. In 2021, ACS concluded 63 aircraft transactions including 28 aircraft purchases, 20 airframe sales and 15 lease placements or extensions.
