AerDragon signs agreement with GE

AerDragon Aviation Leasing Company (AerDragon) has entered into a TrueChoice, engine overhaul agreement with GE, relating to eight CFM56-5B engines installed on four Airbus A320ceo aircraft. The aircraft were part of AerDragon’s A320 order placed in 2007, the first from a China based lessor, where it selected GE’s CFM56-5B engines. “GE is a pillar of the aviation industry and has supported AerDragon’s development since our inception. We are pleased to expand our partnership and become the first Chinese lessor customer of GE’s pioneering TrueChoice engine overhaul program.
