Thomas Cook upsized its offering of unsecured notes due June 2022 at 6.25–6.5% to €500 million from €300 million at launch. Joint global coordinators and physical bookrunners are Bank of America Merrill Lynch (B&D), DNB, and Lloyds. Bookrunners are Société Générale CIB, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citi, Credit Mutuel, Credit Suisse, KBC, Morgan Stanley, RBS, and UniCredit. The paper can’t be called for 2.5 years, while proceeds will be used to fully redeem the borrower’s £200 million of 7.75% notes due 2017, and a portion of its €525 million of 7.75% notes due 2020.
