In its capacity as advisor to fastjet, SkyWorks has arranged the acquisition of one A319 aircraft (s/n 2891) from an entity managed by BBAM. The transaction marks the first aircraft purchase for fastjet and is added to its fleet of five leased A319s. On behalf of a U.S. based insurance company, SkyWorks Leasing has arranged the sale of two MD11F aircraft (s/n 48549) to Bank of America N.A. and (s/n 28771) to Hinode Aviation Investments LLC, a GA Telesis acquisition vehicle.
