Cargo carrier MK Airlines has entered into liquidation after a second company voluntary arrangement (CVA) is blocked by creditors. John Alexander, from Carter Baker Winter, and Stephen Katz, from David Rubin & Partners, were appointed joint liquidators early in October after one of the airline’s creditors successfully petitioned the High Court to set aside a CVA agreed in June. The airline made 360 employees redundant before entering liquidation.
