Gazpromneft-Aero has announced plans to invest RUB 100 million to establish its subsidiary, Gazpromneft-Aero Ulyanovsk. The subsidiary will provide the aircraft fuelling services and special liquids at Ulyanovsk-Vostochny International Airport and Ulyanosvk Airport.
