Flyr publishes final results of Rights Issue

Norwegian airline, Flyr has raised  proceeds of NOK 250 million 2022 from its right issue of 263,157,894 new shares in the company at a subscription price of NOK 0.95 per share. At the expiry of the subscription period in the Rights Issue, Flyr had received valid subscriptions for a total of 375,618,916 Offer Shares. Consequently, the Rights Issue was oversubscribed by approximately 43%. Some 211,997,046 Offer Shares have been allocated based on validly exercised subscription rights during the subscription period. 28,480,156 Offer Shares have been allocated to underwriters of the Rights Issue who has subscribed for Offer Shares during the subscription
