Air Lease prices $295.66 million medium-term notes

Air Lease has priced its offering of C$400 million (approximately US$295.66 million) aggregate principal amount of additional 5.4% senior unsecured medium-term notes due June 1, 2028. The sale is expected to close on February 28, 2024 before the notes mature on June 1, 2028. The notes will have generate interest at a rate of 5.4% per annum, payable semi-annually. The arrears will commence on June 1, 2024 and will then continue to be paid on that date as well as December 1 every year.
