Aeroflot completes share capital increase

PJSC Aeroflot has raised RUB80bn ($1bn) with the successful completion of its share capital increase conducted through the placement of newly issued ordinary shares. Following the offering, the Russian Federation owns 57.34% in the share capital of the company. The company’s free float (owned by institutional and retail investors) amounts to 40.65%. Aeroflot Group holds 1.96% as quasi-treasury shares, and company management owns 0.05% of shares outstanding. As a result of the Offering, the total number of shares in the company increased by 1,333,919,149 shares, from 1,110,616,299 shares to 2,444,535,448 shares.
