Cirium reports 23% less CO2 emissions from commercial flights in 2022 than in 2019

With an aim to achieve net-zero emissions, airlines, OEMs, airports, and aviation companies across the world are finding newer and innovative ways for tracking and reducing carbon emissions. To this end, Cirium has integrated the aircraft CO2 emissions and satellite-based flight tracking data with its expansive fleets analysis solution, Fleets Analyzer. The aircraft CO2 emissions data has been integrated into Cirium’s fleets analysis tool, along with the advanced satellite-based flight tracking data for individual aircraft, which provides complete coverage of the utilisation of narrow- and widebody aircraft anywhere in the world.
