Swissport completes acquisition of 74.9% stake in Flughafen Düsseldorf Cargo

Swissport closed the acquisition of a 74.9% stake in Flughafen Düsseldorf Cargo GmbH, the cargo handling unit of Düsseldorf Airport post signing of the binding agreements earlier this year.
