Atlas Air has won an arbitration decision which ruled in favour of the New York-based cargo carrier which is seeking to integrate Kentucky-based Southern Air pilots under one contract. The arbitration decision affirms that merger provisions in the Atlas collective bargaining agreement (CBA) apply in connection with Atlas Air’s acquisition of Southern Air in 2016.
