Wizz Air reports October 2021 traffic

In October 2021, Wizz Air carried 2,977,000 passengers – a 159.7% increase over October 2020 – at a load factor of 79.5%, which was up by 13.6 percentage points compared to the prior-year period. Capacity was up by 115.2% to 3,743,804 seats. On a rolling 12 months basis, Wizz Air passenger numbers are down 17.5% to 18,035,096 with a 10.8% decline in capacity. The airline’s 12-month average load factor dipped by 5.9 percentage points to 73.9%.
