Vietnam’s Bamboo Airways takes delivery of A320

Centrus Aviation Capital Ltd (CACL) has leased a 2009 vintage A320 aircraft to Bamboo Airways in Vietnam. CACL sourced the airline as a new lessee on behalf of the aircraft owner and structured and arranged a six-year lease which commenced on 30 September 2019. Bamboo Airways is a new start airline that commenced commercial operations in January 2019 which was established and capitalised by its parent FLC Group. Bamboo currently has a fleet of 13 A319, A320 and A321 aircraft with orders with Boeing for B787-9 Dreamliner aircraft and Airbus for A321 Neo aircraft.
