VietJet has resumed direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Hong Kong from February 10, 2023, strengthening its Asia-Pacific network as restrictions are lifted. The airline resumes these flights after a hiatus of almost three years and six months after both the countries lifted their individual pandemic restrictions for international passengers. The airline is operating its Airbus A320neo on the twice weekly flight providing 460 weekly seats between the two countries.
