Initial reports by US airlines show that no noticeable rise in ticket cancellations following the terror alert from the United States and UK governments of a severe terror threat in Europe. However it is far too early to draw any conclusions yet. On Sunday October 3, the US State Department warned US citizens travelling in Europe to be vigilant when travelling or visiting tourist spots; while the UK government updated its terror level from general to high.
