Toki AIR has signed a lease agreement for two new ATR72-600s from Nordic Aviation Capital. Toki Air will receive the aircraft on the first and second quarter of 2022. Toki Air stated that it has adopted the “optimal solution for regional aviation management and are working to  enhance the hybrid LCC regional aviation network and revitalize the region”. Toki Air will launch flights from Niigata Airport in 2022 and plans to revitalise regional aviation in Japan.
