Croatia Airlines carried a record 227.791 passengers for the month of July – the most it has ever done so in a single month. Traffic was up 16% compared to July 2010. In the first 7 months of 2011, Croatia Airlines carried 1.065.913 passengers, an 18% increase on last year. The average load factor is 65.6%, an increase of 6.4%. Despite record passenger numbers, Croatia Airlines posted a loss of €13.4 million mainly due to high fuel prices.
