Spirit Airlines has reported adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter 2021 of $14.9 million. The Company had an unusual number of operational disruptions and flight cancellations during the peak December 2021 holiday period, due to staffing shortages as a result of the rapid spread of the Omicron variant.
