The Moscow Regional Commercial Court has upheld a lawsuit filed by Sheremetyevo International Airport to recover $316,775 in debt from Avianova. According to Sheremetyevo, pursuant to ground services contracts dated February 27, 2010 the airport rendered services worth $517,830, a figure agreed by all parties. Under the contracts Avianova had ten banking days from the invoice date to pay. The airline partially paid the debt after the 6.2 million ruble ($200,820) lawsuit was lodged, but gave no indications regarding payment of the remainder of the debt.
