LCC Ryanair has the challenged state aid packages, such as the €1.2 billion secured by TAP ,and multi-billion euro deal given to Air France-KLM,  in the European Court of Justice, according to Portuguese media outlet Lusa. The most recent appeal lodged by the airline against European Commission’s  authorisation for state aid to aviation was referred to the general court on July 22, according to information seen by Lusa, which Ryanair confirmed.
