Ryanair and British Airways offering early luggage drop-off at Edinburgh Airport

Edinburgh Airport’s day-before bag drop facility has been expanded with the additions of Irish carrier Ryanair, Europe’s biggest airline, and the International Airlines Group-owned British Airways. The airlines follow UK-based budget operators easyJet and Jet2 in offering the facility, which the airport said “means passengers on early morning flights can come to the airport the night before to check in bags, allowing them to head straight to security on the day of travel”. “Extending the Twilight Bag Drop service to passengers using all four of our busiest airlines is something we’ve been working on to help make the journey through
