Ryanair has appointed Roberta Neri to its board of directors as a non-executive member, which will be effective as of February 1, 2024. Neri is a former CEO of Italian air navigation services provider ENAV and was CFO of major Italian utility company ACEA. “Roberta brings considerable aviation, regulatory and business experience to the role,” said Ryanair chairman Stan McCarthy. Neri has over 30 years of experience in both corporate and financial services industries. She is currently an operating partner at Asterion Industrial Partners.
