Rex is all set to commence daily flights between Melbourne and Hobart starting August 17. Rex already operates regular flights to the North West Tasmanian cities of Burnie and Devonport while also flying to King Island. Hobart is the second new destination Rex has announced recently with the addition of two more Boeing 737s to its fleet. The airline is also planning to commence direct Adelaide-Sydney flights starting June 29.
