Nok Air reports Q2 loss

Nok Air has reported a net loss of THB51.3 million ($1.5 million) for the second quarter of 2015, which narrows a THB159 million loss in the year-ago period. Revenue was up by 14 % to THB3.2 billion, while expenses increased 9.2% to THB3.3 billion compared to the prior-year quarter, leading to a total operating loss of THB500 million. Traffic rose 22.8% to 2.1 million passengers, with a load factor of 83.4%, up 7.3% from the corresponding previous quarter.
