The Ministry of Transport in Ghana has suggested that it will name a new partner for Ghana’s new national airline by the end of March. Local reports state that the ministry is currently waiting on approval from the Public Procurement Committee of government on the tender documents to pave way for the open tender for competitive bidding. Transaction advisor, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), is reported to have settled on Qatar Airways as the best option for Ghana but other airlines including Delta and South African airlines have also been identified as good options for Ghana.
