Lufthansa announces order for four A350-900 aircraft

Lufthansa Group is to add four Airbus A350-900 passenger jets from Deucalion Aviation, with delivery lined up for later in 2023. The purchases will take the Group to 25 of the aircraft, five more of which it placed orders for in March 2023. “Lufthansa holds 38 firm orders for this highly efficient Airbus long-haul aircraft, making it the world’s third-largest Airbus A350 customer,” the company said in a May 23 statement.
