LAN Airlines is still reviewing the conditions imposed on its proposed merger with TAM by Chilean anti-trust body TDLC, but it has indicated that it considers them to be “flawed”. LAN has asked TDLC to rectify “numerical errors” in calculations of its national and international tariffs, or yields. LAN may decide to appeal sections of the ruling to the Supreme Court.
